Payment Methods - UK Residents Only

If you have both a UK postal address and UK bank account, then the new recommended method to either join or renew membership of FOAOTMAD uses the GoCardless service to set up a recurring annual subscription payment by Direct Debit.

If you are renewing your membership by GoCardless, it would help us if you could do so within two weeks of your membership anniversary.
How to join as a new member, or to renew an existing or lapsed member

If you wish to continue, click one of the three membership option buttons in order to open a simple application form. This will enable you to provide our membership secretary with the details required for our membership database.

When you submit the fully completed form you will be redirected to the GoCardless website, where instructions will be provided so that you can set up a direct debit mandate.

Once the direct debit mandate is complete, you will receive a confirmation email from GoCardless, together with instructions such as how to cancel the direct debit mandate if you should ever decide to terminate your membership.

Our membership secretary will be aware that your mandate is place and will then activate your membership. You will receive notification from GoCardless before the first payment is  taken.
