To book places on the FOAOTMAD November Picking Weekend, please fill in the Booking Form in the section below.
This year we will not be asking for deposits on application, just a commitment to pay the full amount by 31st August 2025.
The weekend cost per person is the same as last year, staying in the house it is £190 all inclusive (shared dormitory accommodation). There are a few smaller private rooms that we can let to couples at an extra £20 per room,
There are a few spaces for camper vans/caravans (no electrical hook-ups possible). The price for these is £160 and includes all meals, access to the house facilities and of course the workshops and sessions.
Non-participating guests are welcome at a reduced rate (subject to availability of accommodation). Please use the "Additional Information" box in the booking form to enquire about discounts and availability for non-participating guests, or for other special requirements.
All accommodation and workshop options are subject to availability and will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis. Therefore, please submit your booking form as soon as possible.
We will reply with confirmation of availability, or to suggest alternative options. We will also send details for making payment via your preferred method.
Please ensure to make your payment before 31st August 2025, as failure to pay by this date will be treated as a cancellation.
